Shipping Policy

All of us here at Custom Truck Equipment, Inc. do our very best to ship products in a timely matter. On occasion shipping may be delayed due to product availability and the custom build nature of many of our products.

If your order is of an urgent nature and requires express delivery, you should call us at 1-701-299-0014 or email to: support@ctetruckparts.com. We will be happy to see if your item is available for immediate shipping.

Note: Orders placed after 2pm Central time will not be processed until the next business day.

Many orders are shipped the same day they are processed but some packages may take 3 to 5 business days before they are shipped out. RanchHand products could take up to 12-18 weeks to be shipped out depending on availability. They will be shipped out via Freight / LTL – Less than Truckload.

Products that are made to order require an extended lead time due to manufacturer production.

Ground Delivery packages should be delivered in 3-7 business days of being shipped but this is not guaranteed. Weather and carrier delays may happen and are out of our control.

For all damaged items you must keep original packaging for claims to be processed.

Although online checkout shows UPS delivery, products are shipped via UPS, Spee-Dee, Federal Express, LTL or USPS depending on the availability of the item and the warehouse location.


Freight Shipping

Larger items, including some toolboxes, some ladder racks, some salt spreaders, Snowplows, etc., are shipped via truck freight LTL – Less than Truckload and will require signature for delivery. If your order is shipped freight LTL, delivery time could be 2-4 weeks. If the carrier cannot make contact with you to setup a time for delivery, a delay in delivery will occur.

Important Note:
Please carefully inspect your package for damage before accepting delivery. If you see any damage, either note it on the delivery receipt, or refuse delivery and call us immediately. If the product is delivered damaged and not noted, you will be responsible for all fees.


Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii

We will contact you with a shipping quote for your purchase before we send the item for processing. We are currently unable to provide real-time shipping quotes to these locations.

Please note that UPS, DHL, Spee-Dee, and Federal Express do not ship to post office boxes. If you need your shipment to go to a P.O. Box, please call us at 1-701-299-0014 to place your order.


International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.


Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately, due to size limitations by the United States Postal Service there are many items that are not eligible for shipment to APO addresses.

Please call us to place an order to an APO/FPO address.


Free Shipping

Any product that offers free shipping applies only to ground shipping on items that are not oversized anywhere within the lower 48 states in the USA.
